Middlesex Centre Regional Medical Clinic Wins Don Smith Commercial Building Award

The Middlesex Centre Regional Medical Clinic, the Department's Ilderton teaching site, was honoured Tuesday, February 7, at the Don Smith Commercial Building Awards.
The awards ceremony, held at The London Club, was organized by the commercial council of the London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors and named after Londoner Don Smith, co-founder of EllisDon.
The nominated buildings were rated by an independent panel of judges on design, innovation, environmental sensitivity and meeting the broader needs of the community.
The Middlesex Centre Regional Medical Clinic, 36 Heritage Dr., Ilderton, won in the New Build Category.
The architect was Tillmann Ruth Mocellin Inc. and the Developer was Bronnenco Construction Ltd.
